Terms and conditions of “The Beauty of the Rotor Wing Machines” Photo Contest.
We accept photographs from:
a.. Professional and amateur photographers
b.. Publishing companies
c.. Museums
d.. Galleries
Screening is done by the organizers of the contest.
Results will be available at http://www.helirussia.ru/photo/eng/index.shtml.
Distribution of awards between winners will be held in Crocus Expo at the time of the exhibition.
The winners of the contest will receive special prize from HeliRussia 2008 sponsors and partners of the contest at the award ceremony.
Terms:
a.. We only accept photographs
b.. Photo collages do not count
c.. Each photographer can submit 5 photos
Conditions for submitting photographs:
All works must be sent to helicopterphoto@rambler.ru in JPEG format.
The description in the email must include:
a.. Name of the photo work
b.. Full name of the author
c.. Date of Birth
d.. Home Address
e.. Phone number
f.. Email
After eliminatory contest, winning authors must submit CD with the image in TIF (300dpi) format and A2 size (420x594mm), no more than 500mb and RGB color model. Authors may also present printed photos (size A2 - 420x594mm), on glossy photo paper, without rule border hard surface). All the printed photo works must be signed (Name, author’s full name, address, phone number)
Organizers are not responsible for damage, loss, delay in delivery of works, if they occur during postal delivery or in other circumstances. Photographs selected for the final exhibition become the property of Organizers. Organizers do not send the photographs back nor will they give confirmation of its collection. Organizers have right to use submitted photos in advertising of the event, for informational and other non-profit purposes, for publication in media, Internet etc.
Submitting the application for participation in the contest means that you are agreed to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
Organizers have right to introduce the amendments to the given terms and conditions.
