Kharkov Technologies Center has launched new international project “Technology of the Information Society, The Way To Open Knowledge For Eastern Europe and Central Asia” (SOYUZ-ISTOK Project, an initiative planned under the aegis of the 7th Framework Program).

The overall objective of the ISTOK-SOYUZ project is to explore new opportunities for ICT collaboration between EU and Eastern Europe and Central Asia countries and to foster the EU ICT programs awareness activities aimed at increasing the number of the international collaboration projects involving partners from EECA countries.
