Winners will be announced at the ceremony of summing up results and awarding authors of best works. The ceremony is timed to the Festival of Science and will take place on May 15th 2008.

The Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program (Muskie) is a program of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States Department of State, and administered by IREX. Muskie provides opportunities for Master’s level study in the United States to citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.

The press-conference held by the Organizing Committee of the Ukrainian Competition “Science and Innovation for Society” for mass communication media took place in the Big Conference Hall of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine on April 25.
At the press-conference the representatives of the Organizing Committee announced the opening of the Competition 2005 and informed press of its terms and features.
